It’s been awhile but I thought I’d post a keto recipe update since those tend to be the best. This week I have been eating like a queen so I’m going to post some of my indulgent keto friendly recipes. If you are just starting keto be warned this recipe can get as high as 8 net carbs (more than half your recommended daily dosage.)



1 La Tortilla Factory - Smart & Delicious High Fiber, (3 Net Carb)Low Carb Original Whole Wheat
10 oz Grilled Chicken Breast
Medium Green Olives (5 in this recipe)
½ cup fresh express premium romaine lettuce
3 Grape tomatoes sliced
White Onion (at your discretion)
Note: I sprinkled the chicken with salt and pepper before grilling and then cut it into chunks after.)
Nutrition Facts:  (Not everything will fit in the tortilla. Save the rest for leftovers or use the rest as part of a side salad)

Calories: 334, Carbs: 15, Fat: 35, Protein: 57, Fiber: 8, Sugar: 3, NET CARBS: 7


1 Cup Dannon Oikos Plain greek yogurt
1 tsp olive oil
7 Slices cucumber ( cubed, peeled, raw)
Dill Weed (to taste)
3 cloves of garlic
salt/pepper to taste 
(you can add a vinegar if you want but I didn’t)

Nutrition Facts:  (This nutrition is for the entire batch which makes about 6 servings)

Calories: 98, Carbs: 7, Fat: 5, Protein: 9, Fiber: 2, NET CARBS: 5

The entire meal comes out to about 6-8 net carbs. It’s a nice escape from the day to day keto routine and it’s so tasty!
